Tavastia additional gig on 30th December
HIM will rock the Tavastia Klubi this year two times and you can order your tickets again from tiketti. Just send a mail with your name, address and how many tickets you want (1 or 2) to info@tiketti.fi but you have to be 18 and you can order only one or two tickets. The presale will start at 10:00 h finnish time. We wish everyone who wants to go in good luck!

PARTY in ON THE ROCKS (taken from On The Rocks)
On 18 September  a party called Kasari takes place in On The Rocks club, Helsinki. Involved persons are Gas and Burton and also Lauri Porra (Synergy) and Tuomo Wäinölä (Timo Kotipelto) - thanks to heartaclub.

Tavastia 2004 sold out
After the tickets went on sale through tiketti at 10.00 am finnish time the Tavastia was sold out within 5 minutes. Returned tickets will be released for sale daily on the tiketti site at 10.00 am. So please check back if you didn't get yourself a ticket.
We wish all the lucky ones who'll join HIM on their traditionel NYE gig a nice time.

Ville and The Skreppers
Ville did backing vocals for the new Skreppers album "The Call of the Trash" on the following tracks:
1 "Doctor feelgood"
2 "Let's die together Sheena"
3 "Jesus saved my sexlife" & "5 Shake it baby"
The album was recorded at the Karillo Studios in Porvoo, Finland 2004. The album was released in Finland on 25th of August,
Germany, Austria and Switzerland in September
Scandinavia in October and U.S.A. and Canada will follow in November. You can download the song "Let's die together Sheena" on the Skreppers site.

Tavastia Show
HIM will also perform again this year at Tavastia. The tickets for the show will go on sale on Thursday 09.09.2004. The price for one ticket will be 28 Euro. You can get your tickets from tiketti. But remember you have to be 18 to get in!

Back from holidays & new design
Hi Dears,
Were back from a great month in Helsinki. The new design of the site will be online by the end of this month. Below you will find what happend during the time we couldnt update the site.

New Record Label
HIM signed a contract with the record label "Sire Records". Sire is a part of Warner-Music. The contract is made for worldwide promotion. Its the biggest record deal for a finnish band in the history so far. A new HIM album can be expected in 2005. Villes commend on that: "It will be more optimistic that the previous ones"...

Kerrang Awards
HIM wo! n the award for the best video "Funeral of hearts". Ville was there to take the award.

Crzay Who coverband @ Tavastia
On august, 14th you could see and hear Burton performing with some other guys in a band that covered Crazy Who songs. The line up was as follows:

The doom metal band "Cathedral" will be the special guests on the British HIM-Tour in October.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse
Roadrunner Records released last week a soundtrack album to to the Sony Pictures movie RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE, which opens in the US September 10th. HIM is featured on the soundtrack with Join Me In Death. Other bands include Slipknot, Rob Zombie, The Cure, A Perfect Circle, Rammstein, Cradle of Filth and more.
