HIM documentary yesterday
The HIM docu was shown yesterday on Finnish TV. Here is a little summary of the whole thing:
The longwaited HIM-documentary "HIMmeää Valoa" was shown yesterday on Finnish tv-channel TV2. During the documentary Ville was speaking the most but also the other bandmembers, even Linde, were giving their comments which was very nice. Seppo Vesterinen, Juhani Merimaa (The owner of Tavastia Klubi), Asko Kallonen (Finnish BMG), Bam Margera and some fans from the US were also telling some stuff. Even though the documentary was about HIM,
Ville was mentioned most of the time and people were praising him. For example Asko Kallonen said that Ville could be basically anything but he is a great musician and that not so many people realise that.
During the documentary there were shots from HIM gigs in USA and also from the Tavastia gig 2004-2005. They also showed HIM's rehearsal place and few backstages - for example the backstage of Tavastia and the backstage of Hartwall Arena (big hall in Pasila (very close to Helsinki) ).

Happy Easter time

Cut scenes out of the HIM docu
On Finnish Soneraplaza you can have a look at four scenes that won`t be in the final HIM documentary. The four different scenes will show you a soundcheck and an interview with fans. Another scene shows you Ville and Antto playing blues, also available is an interview with Bam Margera as well as Ville and a few fans commentin on the cancelled Avalon gig. New singlerelease in August and studio news
According to Ville HIM`s yet untitled forthcoming album will be preceded by a new single in August 2005. It`s not clear so far what song will be taken as new single. The band is still working on their new record in the Paramour studios in Los Angeles with Tim Palmer. Ville tells about the album that it will feature really fast songs but with a melodic punky MISFITS feel to them. "Basically its me being gay and the rest of the guys being even more gay to try to be metal!", Valo tells Kerrang.
In keeping with recent speculation 'Under the rose' an acoustic ballad Valo debuted at a UK gig last year as a result of a power failure at Portsmouth's Guildhall venue will feature on the album which is scheduled for release in October, but with a new twist.
"Now it is going to be the fastest most ferocious song on there", reveals the singer.

HIM Documentary on TV
TV 2 will broadcast the long waited HIM documentary “HIMmeetä valoa!” for the Finnish TV on 30.03.05 / 08.20 pm Finnish time. The repetition will follow the next day, 31.03.05 / 03.25 pm. The documentary features live footage, backstage material, fan statements as well as scenes from the guys on a “Day-Off”. Screenshots are to follow as soon as possible.

Horror Carnival Party in Greece
DarkSecret Club is putting together a small Horror Carnival, Halloween themed Ball this Sunday 6/3 at Bar Stand, Athens, on the occasion of the Greek Carnival holiday season and as a follow-up to the incredibly succesful 12/2 Bloody Valentine party. In Love And Lonely Party, Recital Bar, Athens 12.02.2005
Ourdiabolikalclub in greece gave a HIMparty past month. Read what the party was like for the people who took part in it:
The party was unbelievable, there were more than 110 people and the atmosphere was pretty good! We have to admit that it was one of our best until now! There were competitions with lots of HIM official gifts like post cards & cd singles signed from the whole band and some "Buried Alive By Love" & "The Sacrament" German promo singles.
