VIVA Plus Overdrive
On the german TV-channel VIVA PLUS you can vote for a HIM concert. You can vote on the VIVA PLUS homepage or via phone: 01378 4005 02 for HIM. At the moment HIM is on 2nd place - but you have time to vote until July the 2nd 14:30 german time. VIVA PLUS will send the winner concert on next weekend:
Saturday and Sunday at 12 o'clock and 8 o'clock in the evening.
So sweathearts - vote, vote, vote and you can see a great show....4 times... next weekend. (thanks to TerveX)

Vacation in Finland
According to Ville the guys will spent their 3-month vacation in Finland. "It's the best season in the year to be in Finland", he said. But before the guys will fly back home and take their deserved holiday they will still play at the Ministry of Rock festival on upcoming sunday. so this will be your last chance to rock over there in switzerland before the uk-tour in (r)october.

Swedish close up interview
lucky Sweds got an answer to their questions in the close up mag from mr. Valo himself. In the interview he talks about eg. that he was a moron that bulliet people, what he things about the fact that people have taken over his style, that "And love said no" is his most personal song so far, Gas'ses addiciton to discharge or that he would use "Barfly" as the movie he would discribe hisself with. Kind of "new" interview. Not always the same borring questions...

You always wanted to know how a day is for the boys, Scuzz TV joined them. You can see them sitting in the tourbus talking, you could see some fanclips, saying "Hi" and passing on their greatings to the boys. Ofcourse you didn't have to miss the rocky music of the guys. Suzz also showed some parts of the performance @ the Downloadfestival ("Buried alive by Love", "The Sacrament", "Right here in my arms", "Wicked game", "Your sweet666", and "Sole on Fire")

It's Official! Ville Valo is a Golden God!
Yes, for those of you who do not already know: our very own Ville Valo was deemed by Metal Hammer to be a true 'Golden God' at last nights Metal Hammer Golden Gods Awards at Ocean in London's East End. This accolade puts him up there with the likes of Lemmy and Bruce Dickinson in the Hammer hall of fame! He received the golden statue with loads of you beatutiful HIMsters cheering him on and then the guys went on to play a blistering set to round the evening off. V cool! Ville said aftwards that he will give the statue to his parents to safeguard! (thanks to HIMonline.tv)

HIM at the Download festival
Well it was a short set wasnt it?! Due to chops and changes in bands playing the Game On Stage the timings were out of whack - plus there was an 11 o'clock curfew. This meant that HIM only had something like 35 mins in total to play. Short but nonsetheless sweet! (thanks to HIMonline.tv)

HIM to play Olympia and Mandela Hall / Ireland in October
HIM, the sell-out sensation of the Heineken Green Energy Festival whose concert sold-out 8 weeks in advance, are delighted to announce that they will return to Ireland for two concerts in the Olympia Theatre on October 11th in Dublin and in the Mandela Hall on October 12th.
Tickets are on sale here. Ticket prices for Olympia are 25.00 and for Mandela Hall are 17.00.
